Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

We are hiring on behalf of a private investment group with a global footprint and a diverse portfolio of high-growth businesses. The organization is undergoing a period of strategic expansion and is looking to appoint a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead its commercial vision across multiple business units.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-evolving group and build a world-class commercial function from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and lead commercial strategy across the group in alignment with executive leadership
• Identify and drive new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels
• Build and lead the commercial team, including business development, partnerships, and go-to-market
• Cultivate relationships with key external stakeholders including clients, partners, and investors
• Work closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure commercial alignment
• Design and implement scalable sales and pricing strategies
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure commercial success

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a senior commercial leadership role (e.g., CCO, CRO, Commercial Director, VP Business Development)
• Proven success in driving revenue growth, building commercial teams, and launching new partnerships
• Strong ability to operate in scale-up or transformation environments
• Track record of working across international markets and multi-business portfolios
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
• Based in Singapore or the UK (with flexibility for hybrid or remote arrangements)
• Bonus if you’ve worked in investment-backed or multi-sector businesses
