Our client is a leading player in the printing industry and has been steadily expanding their footprint across Southeast Asia. With a well-established presence in key markets and a strategic focus on enhancing their regional reputation, they are currently seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize their operations based in Singapore.

They are looking for an ambitious Head of Supply Chain of which you are responsible to manage the full spectrum of operations and supply chain management of the business. You will take lead in the manufacturing operations, warehousing and logistics, quality assurance, engineering, facilities management, procurement, and business process improvement.


Key Responsibilities:-

  • To oversee all manufacturing processes, including on-demand and offset request, ensuring efficient production and order fulfilment.
  • To implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve operational productivity.
  • To monitor KPIs, including production output, turnaround time, defect rates, and sustainability metrics, driving continuous improvements.
  • To oversee the integration and optimization of automated warehousing systems, including robotics and inventory management software, to ensure real-time inventory tracking and synchronization with production and order fulfilment.
  • To ensure seamless coordination between warehousing, production, and shipping functions to optimize efficiency and delivery timelines.
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and shipping carriers to optimize costs, delivery times, and service quality.
  • To work closely with the relevant teams to track sustainability performance, set goals, and report on progress towards achieving sustainability targets.
  • Driving innovation in sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact.
  • To drive continuous improvement utilizing customer feedback and data to enhance operational performance.
  • Fostering a performance-driven culture by setting clear goals, conducting performance reviews, and promoting employee development.


Qualification: -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing manufacturing operations, ideally with experience in automated warehousing and supply management knowledge.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
