About Us:
aelf is an AI Layer 1 blockchain network that leverages the robust C# programming language. It integrates AI innovations across its digital mediums, dApp ecosystem, and an AI agent framework to bring user-friendly experiences for developers and end-users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Web3 projects, focusing on user growth, community engagement, event planning, and brand visibility.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in at least one area of digital marketing while having broad knowledge across all marketing functions.
- Utilize data analytics to extract insights, conceptualize strategies, track marketing performance and optimize strategies based on key metrics.
- Oversee and execute both online and offline events, acting as a facilitator to drive engagement and build new partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, media, and key industry partners to enhance brand exposure.
- Manage external and internal communications, ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging.
- Engage with the crypto market, leveraging personal trading or industry experience to refine marketing strategies.
- Support business development efforts, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and market positioning.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration across departments.
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 4–5 years in Web3.
- Strong hands-on execution skills—must be a doer who takes initiative, leading the team by example and actively contribute to marketing tasks.
- Experience in data analytics, with a strong grasp of marketing metrics and performance tracking.
- Proven ability to extract insights from analytical data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Team leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring teams.
- Strong event management skills, capable of planning, executing, and facilitating both online and offline events.
- Familiarity with business development/sales, including partnership building and external stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
