JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role: Business Functional Analyst
Location: Singapore
Experience: 10+ Years
- Extensive experience in Financial Industry (Private banking/Wealth Management is desirable) with 9+ years as Business Analyst.
- Experience in a Wealth Management domain and/or related support functions including understanding of products and business processes
- Experience in business analysis, data analytics, SQL knowledge
- Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing.
- Ability to influence and motivate other team members and stakeholders through strong dialogue, facilitation and persuasiveness.
- Good knowledge of business analysis methods and tools (agile, waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS Office)
- Experience of agile (scrum) methodology
