The Global Market Sales Intern at Natixis will assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and supporting client relationship management within the financial services industry. This internship offers practical experience in preparing client presentations and conducting market research. Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and have a keen interest in financial markets and sales. The role provides mentorship, networking opportunities, and a pathway for future career growth in finance.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Assist the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities within global markets.
  • Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client preferences.
  • Participate in client meetings and calls, taking notes and following up on action items.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including trading, research, and product development, to enhance client offerings.
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales tracking systems.
  • Learn about various financial products and services offered by the firm, with a focus on understanding client needs.


Requirements:


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in financial markets and sales, with a desire to build a career in finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
