We're looking for an Executive Assistant/Corporate Secretarial role!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in corporate secretarial duties & ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Prepare resolutions & maintain statutory registers, and ensure timely submission of returns to ACRA.
  • Coordinate and schedule monthly MPM & RT (Round Table) meetings, and take minutes for RT meetings
  • Safeguard company seal & manage proper use of the stamp
  • Act as key contact for internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication
  • Support senior management with project coordination, including liaison with third parties, vendors, etc.
  • Support incorporation of new entities (e.g., BVI companies)
  • Light paralegal & admin support (e.g., trademark filings)
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative and secretarial duties as assigned



Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Admin, Law, or related field
  • 2-3 years experience in corporate secretarial / EA roles
  • Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme (CGQP) certification is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office & virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Teams)
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken); Japanese language is a plus
  • Comfortable with full-time onsite work
