Job Overview:

We are looking for a Strategy Analyst to join our Graduate Program in Strategy Development. In this entry-level role, you will play a key part in analyzing market trends, supporting strategic planning, and assisting with the implementation of strategic initiatives in the semiconductor OSAT industry. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and assist in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the semiconductor OSAT industry.
  • Help develop and update the company’s long-term strategic plans to ensure alignment with market demands and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist in preparing the company’s annual plans, including setting KPIs, financial goals, and supporting budget planning.
  • Coordinate with external research agencies and consultants to prepare feasibility reports for strategic projects.
  • Track the progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to senior team members, helping adjust strategies based on evolving market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Semi-conductor will be a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in strategy and market research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to present data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Motivated to learn and contribute to long-term strategic initiatives within the company.
