Key Account & Retail Operations Executive | Beauty & Cosmetics - #1093465

On behalf of our client, an exciting, growth stage cosmetics brand, we are seeking a Key Account / Retail Operations Executive to oversee and drive retail performance across counters and retailers in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about both the beauty industry and operational excellence.

About the Role

As the Key Account / Retail Ops Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing the retail team & retailers, optimizing stock and counter performance, and working closely with marketing to bring in-store campaigns to life. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a balance of sales strategy, team leadership, and hands-on operational work.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve retail and counter sales targets through data analysis and sales insights
• Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met across all counters
• Manage stock levels, POS systems, testers, and GWPs
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance of retail staff
• Coordinate retail schedules and ensure effective team operations
• Collaborate with marketing on product launches and in-store activations
• Prepare sales and market performance reports for internal review

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of retail or key account experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty or health & beauty channels
• Prior experience supervising or managing retail teams
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; POS system knowledge is essential
• Highly organized, self-driven, and passionate about the beauty space
