Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
2. Assist with the annual statutory audit and prepare audit schedules.
3. Oversee the Fixed Asset Register management.
4. Assist in reconciling inter-company transactions and balances.
5. Support the preparation of monthly management and financial reports.
6. Monitor cases and projects, and assist in resolving queries from the accounts executives.
7. Collaborate closely with the operations team to understand the company’s workflows.
8. Undertake ad-hoc projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Degree/Professional certification (ACCA,CPA,ICAEW) in Accounting, Finance, or a related Field
- Min 3 - 5 years of working experience in similar position
- Experience in the hospital or insurance industry will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in XERO accounting system is a strong advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
