Remuneration: Basic up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus
Working Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to source materials, tools, and equipment for construction projects, negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective terms, and manage inventory and deliveries. You will collaborate with project managers, stay updated on industry trends, and perform other ad-hoc duties as needed. Experience in logistics, hardware, manufacturing, or construction is preferred.

Key Duties:
-Research and source materials, tools, and equipment for construction projects.
-Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
-Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory.
-Monitor and track deliveries to ensure materials are received on time.
-Collaborate with project managers to ensure project needs are met.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product options.
-Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:
-Min. GCE O level or equivalent
-Min. 1 year relevant experience.
-Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
-Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers
-Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel).
