Job Responsibilities:
Handling inquiries and providing information to customers regarding airfreight services, rates, schedules, and documentation requirements.
Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth and timely processing of airfreight shipments.
Assisting customers in booking airfreight shipments, arranging pickups, and tracking shipments in transit.
Resolving customer complaints, issues, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Ensuring compliance with airfreight regulations and customs requirements.
Ensuring of milestones of events are updated promptly.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and shipment details.
Collaborating with the operations team to optimize processes and improve service quality.
Keeping customers informed of any delays, changes, or issues affecting their airfreight shipments.
Job Requirements:
Min. O Level / Diploma of any discipline
At least 2 years to experience in a Freight Forwarding Industry is a MUST
Alternate Saturday
