Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one or small group sessions to support students in areas such as communication, social skills, self-regulation, and learning strategies.

• Observe students in classroom settings, working with teachers to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.

• Support and run after-school programmes focused on the social, emotional, and academic development of students with SEN.

• Assist in organizing and delivering SEN-focused workshops or training sessions for teaching staff.

• Maintain accurate documentation of student interactions, progress, and participation in programmes.

• Provide administrative support including scheduling, materials preparation, and updating student records.

• Attend meetings and case discussions with the SEN team and school staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in a relevant field (e.g., education, psychology, special education).

• Preferably 2 years of experience working with students with special needs, ideally in a school setting.

• Experience or qualifications in teaching will be an added advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to work collaboratively with students, educators, and parents.
