Overview
Reporting to the GTM & E-commerce Manager, Singapore and being a key marketing member of the Singapore Marketing team. The successful candidate will manage the Go-To-Market activities for the Singapore market for Whirlpool brand. Work closely with the GTM lead to plan and execute retail marketing activities for key retailers across Singapore Market.
Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of the go-to-market & trade marketing activities for Singapore market covering the following areas -
Planning & Analysis -
a) Conduct regular competitor analysis covering product, price, promotion & present insights to the larger team for key decision making.
b) Liaise with the commercial team to assist in planning and execution of retail level marketing activities and drive the execution of overall Go-To-Market strategy for the Singapore market.
c) Ability to multitask & work closely with the central marketing and product teams to plan marketing activities and new product launches for the Singapore market.
POSM Material Management -
a) Manage the creation, printing and deployment of product POSM material
b) Assist GTM Manager in the development of the quarterly product catalog
c) Work closely with retail promoters to ensure smooth execution of POSM material at shop floor
Roadshows & Event Management -
a) Work closely with the GTM Manager, Sales & Supply Chain team in order to execute the planned roadshows/events with key retailers.
b) Liaise with external contractors for the set up of roadshows.
Promotion & Redemption Management -
a) Work closely with the GTM Manager in the planning & execution of quarterly/monthly retail promotions.
d) Maintain the redemption tracker and conduct quarterly analysis of the redemption rate for promotions
Retail Display and Concept Corners Management -
a) Work closely with the retail promoter teams to track the store display for Whirlpool as well as competing brands in the same product categories
b) Maintain the display tracker and update it on a regular basis to provide insights to Product Marketing, GTM Manager & Sales teams.
c) Manage Whirlpool Retail Concept Corners.
Other Activities -
a) Assist GTM Manager in maintaining the marketing budget by regularly submitting invoices for approval and updating the expense tracker.
Requirements -
Bachelor in Business Admin or other relevant discipline
Prior experience in managing trade marketing activities
Prior experience in working with retail store staff
Strong problem solving skill and numerical sense
Knowledge or experience in the Consumer Appliances/goods will be an added advantage
Ability to work with cross functional teams and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets & Power Point.
