Job Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of workers’ payroll, overtime and all related matters (e.g. Levy waiver, CPF submission, Nsmen Make up claim, Govt Paid leave, etc) for a large volume of headcount.
Prepare IR21(Tax Clearance) for resignations
IR8A for income tax submission.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and departments as required.
Insurance administration
Manage leave administration, including leave calculations, approval assignments, and year-end closing
Liaising with Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Knowledge of the Employment Act
Training will be provided, no prior experience required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Immediate or short notice candidates would be preferred
Experience in Sage Easypay Software would be preferred
