UP $4500 | Accountant @ Boon Lay | 6 Months Contract [RREH] - #1093390

Accountant – 6 Month contract

Basic Salary: S$4,200 to S$4,500

Nearest MRT: Boon Lay

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Handle the full set of accounts, including month-end closing activities.

·         Prepare accurate financial statements for HQ reporting  

·         Prepare balance sheet intercompany reconciliations.

·         Assist, manage and maintain fixed asset register.

·         Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports, annual income tax filing, withholding tax, etc.

·         Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants on audit and taxation matters, including preparing audit and tax schedules and supporting documents.

·         Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and credit control management.

·         Handle employee expense claim via Concur.

·         Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualification and Skills

·         Diploma /degree in Accountancy /ACCA with 3-5 years relevant experience in financial accounting.

·         Work experience in external audit firm will be beneficial, independent and able to meet tight deadline.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Microsoft Navision, Blackline, Hyperion.

·         Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.

·         Self-driven and a team player, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Possess can do attitude.
