Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategy to promote TVS SCS capabilities and complement sales and business development outreach
• Promote differentiators developed jointly with internal stakeholders such as IV specialisations and solutions etc
• Build brand value with customers and prospect in line with marketing strategy
• Drive public relations campaigns, incident mitigation and customer communications
• Develop and coordinate effective use of marketing collateral, materials and all customer related information with relevant sales, business development and sales support teams
• Work with GFS management team to ensure internal alignment on branding and design by all entities
• Support all event planning and budgeting processes relating to exhibitions, trade fairs, road shows, campaigns, CSR activities, internal and external business events
• Responsible for the GFS social media platforms for external outreach as well as internal communications
• Responsible for major company annoucement on GFS level and quarterly newsletter publication
• Ensure company policies & procedures, confidentiality, legal and ethical guidelines, such as Delegation of Authority are clearly communicated and adhered to
• Coach and guide internal stakeholders to ensure succession planning and development
• Observe and abide by the TSS-QIMM-01.6 Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities outline in the QIM Manual
Job Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• 8 - 10 years' relevant experience in Marketing and Corporate Communications
• Experience in Freight Forwarding or Contract Logistics Industry is preferable
• 5 years experience managing a diverse team
• Good knowledge of market positioning
• Strong knowledge in Developing Video, Graphic Design Tools and Interactive Mediums will be advantageous
• Good knowledge in Online and Offline Marketing Platforms
• Strong Customer Management
• Strong Presentation
• Good knowledge of Customer Management Systems including Salesforce and other engagement platforms
• Strong Creative Thinking and Innovation
• Strong Communications
• Strong Teamwork and Stakeholders management
