Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional to manage work allocation to contractors and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project flow. Responsibilities include adjusting cost estimates, negotiating issues, controlling project scope, developing cost-saving strategies, and ensuring compliance with contract laws and standards. The role also involves preparing tender documents, conducting cost analysis, and advising on contractual claims to manage project scope effectively.

Key Duties:
-Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
-Communicate cost adjustments with management, contractors, and subcontractors.
-Negotiate to resolve issues during the project.
-Control project scope to meet objectives and improve deliverables.
-Develop cost-reduction strategies to enhance project value.
-Monitor project costs to align with contract law.
-Ensure compliance with standards.
-Prepare tender and contract documents per construction regulations.
-Conduct cost analysis to enhance project value.
-Advise on contractual claims to manage project scope.

Key Requirements:
-Min. Diploma in any field
-Min. 1 year experience as Quantity Surveyor
