Job Description:
Prepare full set shipment documentation.
Liaise with store and freight forwarders for timely clearance and delivery.
Attend to customer enquiries with regards to shipping or export documents.
Compile and maintain shipping records.
Ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in relevant discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Tradenet Certificate and Oracle System User Knowledge would be an added advantage
Strong analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous, self-driven, independent and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
