Remuneration: Basic up to $3,000 + Monthly Commission + Variable Bonus

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying potential clients and offering tailored workplace safety solutions. You will build and maintain client relationships, conduct sales presentations, collaborate with the consultancy team, and close contracts. Additionally, you’ll provide ongoing support during implementation and stay updated on industry trends to ensure accurate advice. Meeting and exceeding sales targets will be a key aspect of the role.

Key Duties:
-Identified and engaged potential clients seeking workplace safety improvements.
-Built and maintained client relationships to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
-Delivered presentations and demos to showcase safety consultancy services.
-Collaborated with internal teams to develop customized safety plans.
-Negotiated and closed sales contracts with client satisfaction in focus.
-Supported clients throughout implementation for successful outcomes.
-Stayed informed on industry trends and regulations to offer relevant advice.
-Consistently met or exceeded sales targets.

Key Requirements:
-Min. GCE 'O' Level
-Min. 1 year of experience in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), industry-related sales, or human resource sales
-Proficient in managing environmental, safety, and health (EHS) matters
-Willingness to travel to customer sites
-A strong hunter mindset – proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
