Remuneration: Basic up to $3,000 + Monthly Commission + Variable Bonus

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven professional to identify prospects, sell products/services, and maintain client relationships. The role involves staying updated on industry trends, analyzing basic drawings to provide quotes, and preparing claims. You will uphold service quality, stay current through meetings and site visits, and collaborate with the team to achieve goals.

Key Duties:
-Identifies prospects, sells products/services, and maintains client relationships.
-Tracks industry trends and competitors to identify product improvements or new offerings.
-Analyzes drawings and information to prepare quotes.
-Collects information to prepare claims.
-Ensures quality service by upholding organizational standards.
-Enhances knowledge through meetings and site visits.
-Contributes to team success by achieving related goals.

Key Requirements:
-Min. GCE ‘O’ Level
-Min. 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably within the construction industry.
-Basic quantification skills would be advantageous.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
-A commitment to achieving targets and contributing to team success.
