Remuneration: Basic up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus

Working Hours: Mon - Sat: 9am - 6pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Operations Supervisor to manage daily field operations and workforce allocation across various worksites. The role involves scheduling jobs, supervising and briefing workers on-site, monitoring job progress, and reporting updates to management. The Operations Supervisor will also handle customer feedback, prepare service reports and delivery orders for invoicing, and provide on-site assistance to workers when needed. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for ensuring smooth operational workflows and high service standards.

Key Duties:
-Allocation of workers to respective worksite / Job scheduling
-Conduct briefing & Supervision workers on site whenever necessary
-Update job progress & completion and report to management.
-Attend to customer feedback
-Prepare service reports / delivery orders for the preparation of invoices.
-Assist workers on site whenever necessary

Key Requirements:
-Min. Nitec in any field or equivalent
-Min. 1 year experience in similar industry (Plumbing, Residential Gas)
-Able to liaise with clients on site and work as a team
-Possess class 3 driving license
