Test Engineer (Server & Rack) - #1093327

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Test Engineer to lead a team and manage testing operations for server and rack products. This role requires coordinating test processes, communicating with stakeholders, and driving enhancements to ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of Associate Engineers/Technicians in test operations for server and rack production.
• Configure and manage PXE server setups for product testing.
• Perform server, rack run-in, burn-in, and power testing.
• Collaborate with customers, headquarters, and factory teams for the implementation and enhancement of test programs.
• Analyze product failures and coordinate with customers and HQ/factory to implement corrective actions.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen activities.
• Maintain and track records of test programs.
• Develop and revise Work Instructions (W/I) and train production staff.
• Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and oversee mass production runs.
• Participate in ISO compliance and quality initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in server/rack testing or manufacturing.
• Proven experience collaborating with customers, headquarters, factory, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in SAP and Linux.
