St. James's Place – Asia & Middle East

Main Purpose of Job:

The role is within the Partnership Services Team of St. James’s Place Asia division, with main responsibilities within the Partner Finance function which serves the wider Asia business.


Key Responsibilities of the Job:

1. Managing commission inbox/Salesforce Case Management

2. Handling Partner queries in defined SLAs

3. Preparing MI report in a timely and efficient manner on monthly basis

4. Taking up underwriting process for lending purposes

5. Increasing F2F presence in location

6. Preparing credit reports/ resolving credit queries

7. Assisting in BSP process/transfers

8. Maintaining efficient liaison with UK teams

9. Drafting documents/materials for the “Asia Partnership Hub” for common queries to enable the Partnership to self-service, and keeping the content/information up to date at all times.

10.Other ad hoc tasks in support of the Partnership Services team


Requirements of the Job:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experiences
  • Basic knowledge of word press/web page designing will be an advantage.
  • Prioritization- ability to prioritize tasks based on the importance and urgency of each task
  • Multi-tasking – ability to handle and work on multiple tasks at the same time
  • Self-organized – ability to handle high volume of data, communications and files and to organize these in a structured way that easily shows status
  • Time management – manages workloads in a timely manner to meet deadlines, anticipating problems and taking responsibility to resolve them
  • Communication – The role requires someone who raises and clearly explains issues to related teams & supervisors, and deals effectively within and outside the team.
  • Needs a can do attitude with analytical skills. Someone who takes initiative will be highly suitable for this role.
  • Prior experience in an accounting/finance or support services role
  • Capable of, and willing to, identify barriers to completing a task and raise these to line managers in order to identify solutions.
  • Candidates with more relevant experiences will be consider as Senior Partnership Services Coordinator
