Finance Analyst - FP&A, Regional BI & Planning (Campus Hiring 2025) - #1093280

Job Description:

• Own the preparation of Shopee/SeaMoney management reports, short- and long-term regional financial forecasts
• Focuses predominantly on centralised corporate cost to produce the most up-to-date insights into actual performance
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, become familiar with preparing variance analysis between forecast and actual to drive forecasting accuracy
• Automate and improve the efficiency of different FP&A processes
• Manage end-to-end special projects focused on cost optimisation and tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Accountancy
• 0 - 1 year of relevant working experience
• Fresh/upcoming graduates with prior relevant internship experiences (i.e. finance or assurance)
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong bias towards action and driving results
• Organised, demonstrate skills in prioritisation & ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
