IT SOURCING ANALYST (East/Contract)Up to 6K) - #1093278

We have positions in the banking sector for the position as IT Sourcing to join the Procurement Team, to support the category manager and undertake sourcing activities

Job Description:

• Review and support all technology sourcing activities (RFP/RFQ requests, negotiate commercial and contractual terms, conduct market research, contract renewals).
• Provide timely advice to internal stakeholders on the procurement activities relating to sourcing and contractual matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings.
• Have knowledge on procurement governance and risk matters (Identify and mitigate risks within the procurement process, including supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and compliance risks etc).
• Coordinate and schedule strategic vendor management meetings, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders to confirm attendees, dates, logistics (e.g., booking meeting rooms), and sending invites/agendas.
• Ensure compliance to company policies, standards, guidelines.
• Provide support for ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in Supply Chain Management
• At least 2years of procurement experience in procurement/supply chain management is preferred
• Strong communication skills and inter-personal skillsto build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Preferably have knowledge of relevant industry regulations, compliance requirements and technology products or related technology terms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous, and highly attentive to detail.
• Singaporean only
• Contract role: 1year/extendable based on performance
