Our client is a globally recognized retail brand known for its heritage of craftsmanship, creativity, and innovation. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will support recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talents who embody the brand's values and excellence.


Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across business functions, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent in alignment with the company's hiring needs. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define talent requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and implement effective selection processes. A key focus will be on building talent pipelines for retail and corporate positions, leveraging both proactive and reactive sourcing strategies to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.


As part of the Talent team, you will be responsible for driving employer branding initiatives, ensuring a strong talent presence in the market that reflects the company's brand identity and values. Additionally, you will support recruitment analytics and reporting, providing insights on hiring trends, effectiveness of sourcing channels, and market intelligence to optimize recruitment strategies. The role would also require you to execute talent management programs that include performance management, succession planning, career development, and leadership development.


Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within retail, fashion, or FMCG industries. Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management, is essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple hiring needs is critical. Excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of talent attraction strategies, and experience in candidate relationship management will be key to success in this role.
