As an Architectural Assistant you undertake aspects of the project at various stages, under the guidance of the project leader.

Design Expertise

• Delivers high quality design work, developing creative and innovative thinking.

Project Delivery

• Demonstrates an awareness of the design process and project brief, taking a supporting role in the delivery of project milestones.
• Coordinates aspects of third party work, including external contractors, suppliers and other professionals.
• Delivers good quality work in line with instructions given.

Team Membership

• Acts as a team player, responding to feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities, both within the studio and across studios.

Client Relationships

• Demonstrates and understanding of the client/practice relationship.
• Builds an understanding of market trends and requirements.

Time Management

• Self-motivated and completes work in a timely and efficient manner in a multi-tasking environment.

Skills & Experience Required

• You are a talented designer, with a portfolio of projects that demonstrate your creativity and innovative thinking.
• Familiarity with large scale projects is an advantage
• A strong communicator, you work well as part of a team, undertaking some tasks with autonomy as required.
• You are proficient in computer applications commonly used within your discipline – Revit, Rhino and Grasshopper are essential.
• You are degree qualified in related design field or hold equivalent certification.
