We’re hiring a Strategy Analyst / Senior Associate to join a high-performing, lean team at a private real estate investment platform backed by leading global institutions. The fund focuses on a core-plus strategy in the Asia Pacific region, combining stable income generation with long-term capital growth through direct commercial real estate investments.

This role is ideal for someone with 5–6 years of experience, preferably with a background in management consulting or corporate strategy, and an interest in gaining deep exposure to investment strategy, portfolio construction, and portfolio company (portco) oversight.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to fund strategy, reporting, portfolio management, and investment execution across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Strategy & Research

  • Support the ongoing development of portfolio strategy, asset allocation, and risk management frameworks
  • Contribute to macro and thematic research that informs investment decisions across Asia Pacific markets
  • Help track and interpret economic, market, and policy developments relevant to the portfolio

Portfolio Company Management

  • Assist with the ongoing oversight of real estate assets and operating partners across the region
  • Coordinate with local teams and partners to gather performance updates, budgets, and business plans
  • Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and contribute to value creation initiatives

Reporting & Investor Communication

  • Prepare portfolio reports, internal dashboards, and materials for investment committees and investors
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from senior management and institutional investors
  • Support fundraising and investor engagement by developing high-quality presentations and analysis

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear and concise communicator—comfortable synthesising complex information into compelling presentations
  • Experience working in lean, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Exposure to real estate, private equity, or infrastructure is a plus—but not required
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and strong ownership mentality

If you're intellectually curious, execution-focused, and eager to work on high-impact investment initiatives across Asia Pacific, we’d love to hear from you.
