Job Description
- Reports to the Admin Lead and support the Cluster and Centre Leads in general administration at the Active Ageing Centres
- Manage Office Administration including room booking, answering queries, distribution of mails, administering keys and staff access, requisition of pantry supplies, stationeries, name cards, get-well gifts
- Responsible for Finance Administration to collate income for bank in and reporting for monthly Finance closing, process staff claims and invoices as well as Cab Trip reports
- Handle New Staff Onboarding and Offboarding Administration to ensure new staff are onboarded well and timely while offboarding are completed with proper closure
- Support Training Administration to answer queries and process training requests. Collate training attendance for management reporting
- Upkeep cleanliness of premises and ensure well-functioning of centre equipment to ensure smooth running of the centres. Working closely with bulk contract vendors is essence, coupled with close oversight on regular basis
- Record minutes and generate reports
- Support Information and Referral duties when necessary
Qualifications
- Diploma in any discipline from an accredited institution
.
Other Information
Relevant Experience:
- GCE ‘A'/‘O' Level with at least 3 years of working experience
- Fresh diploma holders are welcome
