About the Team:
Our Organisational Development (OD) team is the backbone of shaping a strong and effective workforce. We focus on talent growth, leadership development, and making sure the company has the right structures and strategies in place to support long-term success.
Our OD team is all about driving continuous improvement—whether it’s refining performance management, designing impactful organisational initiatives, or leading change initiatives. We work closely with different departments to ensure that employees are engaged, developed, and set up for success.
Job description:
- Lead end-to-end OD projects, assessing organisational development needs, designing strategies and implementing initiatives (monitor progress, evaluate solutions, and make ongoing adjustments)
- Collaborate with regional leaders and stakeholders on various OD initiatives, such as engagement surveys, performance management, change management etc
- Conduct internal and external research, analyse data, and derive insights to develop effective solutions
- Prepare communication material and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of OD programs to ensure alignment and support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, with minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience preferred
- In-house Organisational Development and/or Talent Management function or HR consulting background
- Experience in regional roles and working with senior stakeholders
- Strong business acumen: understand strategy, organisational direction and how they impact tactical execution
- Strategic thinking: evaluate situations quickly, combine strong business judgment and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
- Outstanding project management & organisational skills
- Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
- Agility in leading multiple complex projects and pivoting quickly to changing needs/environments
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and standards
