What You’ll Learn & Do

As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers across regions. You’ll get real exposure to the full recruitment cycle while helping shape the future of our teams.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Assisting with end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Learning creative sourcing: LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and more
• Shortlisting candidates who match our values, culture, and role needs
• Coordinating interviews and tracking progress across departments
• Supporting employer branding: content, career events, and outreach programs
• Helping with onboarding and people operations projects
• Researching hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices

Who You Are

• A student in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Curious about recruitment and HR — you love learning what makes people tick
• Great at communication and staying organized
• A team player who enjoys fast-paced, ever-evolving environments
• Bonus if you’ve done an HR/recruiting internship — but not required!
