We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a proven track record in business turnaround, financial restructuring, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will lead the company’s transformation by optimizing cost structures, leveraging R&D capabilities, and repositioning the brand for renewed market relevance.


Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency will be essential to drive sustainable profitability. Experience in technology, artificial intelligence or consumer electronics is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic turnaround plan
  • Lead financial restructuring and cost optimization while fostering innovation
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to drive revenue and market reach
  • Drive a performance-based culture and oversee business development
  • Engage with investors and the Board to ensure strategic alignment
  • Assess and revamp organizational structure and brand positioning
  • Strengthen the company’s global competitiveness in the technology space


Working Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of leadership experience, including:
  • At least 5 years in a C-suite or senior executive role (CEO, COO, CFO, Head of Business Unit or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated success in business turnaround and financial restructuring
  • Industry background in technology, artificial intelligence, consumer electronics, or IT solution provider (ITaaS)
  • Proven leadership in R&D-driven or innovation-led organizations
  • Experience managing global or multi-regional operations, particularly across ASEAN, China, Europe, and the U.S.
  • Exposure to strategic partnerships and investor relations is highly desirable
