We are looking for an experienced and detailed-oriented Associate Director/ Manager, Corporate Secretarial for a leading global professional services firm based in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and provide expert corporate secretarial services. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial roles within corporate secretarial firms, legal firms or public listed companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive corporate secretarial services to both listed and non-listed companies.
- Advisory Services: Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with guidance on corporate secretarial matters and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and review the work of junior team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Meeting Coordination: Attend board and committee meetings, accurately recording minutes and facilitating effective communication.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all client entities comply with relevant statutory and regulatory obligations, maintaining up-to-date records and filings.
Key Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Law, or related field. A Chartered Secretary qualification (ICSA) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial roles within corporate secretarial firms, legal firms, or public listed companies.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and SGX Listing Rules.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
