Operations Executive (Biodiesel) - #1092930

One of our Client, a leading energy trading company is looking for an Operations Executive for to manage logistics, operations, and compliance for fuel related products trading activities. This role involves coordinating cargo movements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with traders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations, including blending, storage, and transportation
• Coordinate with suppliers, terminals, and shipping companies to ensure smooth cargo movements
• Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability certifications
• Prepare and manage trade documentation like bills of lading and certificates of origin
• Monitor inventory and quality specifications to meet operational needs
• Support traders with updates on logistics and operational challenges

Requirements:

• Degree in Maritime Studies or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in bidiesel, aviation fuel or biofuel operations.
• Strong knowledge of biofuel logistics, compliance, and documentation.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
