Project Manager - #1092917

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Execute project from end to end from initiation phase.

• Translate business requirement/plan into executable project deliverables

• Prepare project budget capital funding, manage approved project capital funding cashflow and spending within approved budgets.

• Timely and accurately reporting of project progress and expenditure to management

• Experience in handling high level presentation on project status to CxOs as well as external parties

• Able to participate in relationship building, trade shows, seminars and public/panel speaking.

• Day to day management to ensure the project is on schedule, cost efficient that is within approved budget and compliance with specification.

• Liaise with different departments to meet requirements and timeline

•Manage projects and lead a small team of service technician to perform onsite services.

•Perform installation, testing and commissioning, live cutover to site acceptance testing

• Sourcing for suitable specialist and subject matter experts to be part of project delivery team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant work experience in project management or construction management with proven track records in data center/ICT projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or Architecture.

• Knowledgeable in various M&E critical systems including - Switch Gears/Boards, UPS, Generator, Chiller, Cooling Tower requirement including testing and commissioning such as FAT, SAT, IST

• Possess good leadership, team player and good problem-solving skills

• Good communication in English and negotiation skills

• Good financial knowledge to oversee project cost control and management
