Assistant Manager – Project Planning & Control, Real Estate - #1092915

The Assistant Manager (Project Control & Planning) of Real Estate Department, the role is to support Head of Real Estate Development in advising the planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling project activities, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning – assisting in developing project plans and resource allocation, identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Project Time Control – Tracking progress against the schedule and identifying potential delays.
• Assist in Project Cost Control – Ensure all project works are within allocated budget.
• Assist in Project Document Control - Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Assist in Tender Process - Participating in all tender process / and documentation.
• Assist in Project Quality Control - Review all samples of quality, workmanship and accuracy to shop-drawing.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years working experience in the field of Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Building Engineering and has completed at least 1 Residential or Hospitality Project.
• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Civil/ Building Engineering
