About the role
1. Monthly Reports: Submit timely and accurate monthly reports.
2. Meeting Minutes: Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
3. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements.
4. Event Planning: Plan and execute events.
5. Budget Management: Manage departmental budget.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Manage executive's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
4. Develop and implement administrative processes and systems.
5. Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
6. Track and report expenses.
7. Conduct research and data analysis.
8. Preparing documentation for ISO documentation Flow Process, SOP and WI
9. Control Inventory and asset
Qualifications & Requirements
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, Specially Excel,
- Have experience on Internal Audit ISO 9001:2015 - Quality management systems
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma Quality Engineering or any Engineering field, business administration, Communications, or related field.
- Min 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative professional.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional support.
Certifications:
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
- Certified Executive Assistant (CEA)
- Internal Auditor ISO
