Are you an experienced professional in freight forwarding or logistics with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service?


Join a dynamic team as a Senior Customer Service Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and global partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage shipping documentation formalities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and closure of all job files.
  • Coordinate daily operations and transactions related to freight forwarding and other logistics activities.
  • Maintain and update data entries in the in-house system to ensure operational accuracy.
  • Collaborate with various suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Provide competitive rates to intercompany stakeholders when required.
  • Assist with rate sourcing and negotiations with carriers as needed.


What We’re Looking For

  • Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident due to business needs.
  • Must have experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant personality and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Specialized Knowledge: DGR training and experience handling OOG (Out of Gauge) cargo are advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
