Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire for an a Finance Analyst to join its regional team. This position plays a key role in financial reporting, commercial analysis, and pricing support across Asia-Pacific offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver weekly and monthly financial performance reports, including variance analysis and narrative commentary
• Provide targeted reporting and insights for business units, client accounts, and practice areas as required
• Develop financial models and conduct scenario planning to support pricing strategies for new matters or engagements
• Participate in process improvement and system implementation initiatives within the finance function
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide key data, including WIP, debtor balances, and charge-out rates
• Assist the Business Manager with strategic reporting and other ad hoc analytical requirements

Requirements & Skills

• Degree-qualified with a professional accounting certification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in financial analysis, preferably within professional services
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with legal finance systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and commercial awareness
• Confident communicator with the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders
