(Japanese speaking) Sales Executive /Senior Sales Executive/ Assistant Manager/Manager (Depending on experiences)

A company, primarily engaged in the wholesale of industrial machinery and equipment, assembly and wholesale of hydraulic hoses, provision of products for machine tools, construction machinery, and the marine industry

Career progression in the company with opportunity to develop into a potential Management staff in Singapore office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Corporate Sales & Sales Administration (With the potential for future management and operation of the entire company).
• Route sales to existing customers
• Product specification decisions and handling of new customer transactions
• Order receipt and placement arrangements
• Coordination of delivery schedules with customers and product delivery within Singapore
• Export and import arrangements, including the preparation of customs documentation (including tri-party trade)

Job Requirements:

• Japanese language proficiency is required for customer interactions and coordination with the Japan headquarters.
• A Class 3 Driving License for driving in Singapore is required.
• B2B sales experience in Japanese company is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore’s company laws and HR/accounting operations is a plus.
• PC skills: Word, PowerPoint (beginner), Excel (intermediate)
