About the role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. This role involves independently execution of operational audits of all business areas and processes. It will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's financial and operational processes are compliant, efficient and aligned with industry best practices.

Internal Audit Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and report on internal audits of various department processes and subsidiaries.

• Assess the effectiveness of internal control, risk management and governance frameworks.

• Identify control gaps, weaknesses and inefficiencies and provide recommendation for improvement.

• Develop and update department SOP.

• Ensure proper documentation of audit findings and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions. 

• Support external auditors, insurance adjusters and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.

Compliance Responsibilities

• Ensure the company complies with local and international regulations, industry standards and internal policies.

• Develop, Implement and monitor compliance programs, policies and procedure.

• Conduct periodical compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Provide training and guidance to employee on compliance matters, including anti-bribery, data protection and corporate governance.

• Investigate compliance breaches, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.

• Stay up to date with regulatory changes, industry trends and best practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• At least 3-5years experience in Compliance, internal audit or risk management, preferably in a trading, automotive industry. Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to start within short notice

• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality
