- Process customer orders
- Coordinate air freight shipments and transport arrangement
- Import/export permit declarations and customs clearance
- Liaise and source for the cargo space with different airlines to plan the flights to destination
- Dispatch/carry out CNW ground operations
- Work with CNW internal customers on process improvements
- Help craft SOPs and Work Instruction/Improvements
- Cut AWB, transmit FWB/FHL to airlines/terminals, declare permit and CMD
- Sales support
- Good team player
- Undertake other duties as requested
- Shift work: 0900-1800 / 1400-2300
- Rotating 5 working days per week
- 2 off days
