Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing, including the preparation and/or review of the monthly, quarterly and year-end audit schedules and financial reporting packages
Responsible for the good quality of the balance sheet
Review internal charge and reclassification requests
Review bank reconciliation and resolve reconciling items
Review miscellaneous receipts and follow up on unaccounted sums
Investigate and resolve user’s queries
Responsible for GST and other statistical submissions
Liaise with internal and external auditors on audit matters
Liaise with tax agent on corporate tax and GST matters
Lead and participate in process improvement projects
Ensure compliance with group financial policies, procedures, accounting standard and other regulations
Ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Accountancy/HR or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll experience with at least 2 years of supervisory role
Meticulous with an eye for detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiar with Employment and CPF Acts
Ability to work in a high transactional volume environment
Hands-on experience with SAP system and/or shared service payroll experience will be an added advantage
Working Location and hours
Bukit Merah
Working Hours - office hours - 8:30 am to 6 pm
