- Be present at the hotel loading bay during daily operation hours to accept deliveries from suppliers.
- Ensure that goods received by the hotel are of the correct quality and quantity as ordered by the hotel.
- Complete the required receiving records for goods received and update the Purchasing System.
- Delivery of received goods to respective departments or arrange to be collected by concerned department.
- Update Inventory System for all goods received on a daily basis and forward Daily Receiving Report to Accounts Payable for payment.
