Responsibilities :

• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site. Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings for Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire protection etc.
• Ensure contractor comply with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements :
[Must]

• Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience in Building Construction projects or in the construction industry
• Relevant experience in Singapore
• Proficiency in Autocad, Microsoft Office
• Willing to work under tight project's schedule

[Advantage]

• Good track records of completion of full cycle of mid-large scale relevant projects
