Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate M&E works on-site to ensure smooth project execution

• Manage and oversee sub-contractors’ M&E works, ensuring timely progress and adherence to schedules

• Ensure all M&E installations, including Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary, and Fire Protection systems, comply with project specifications and drawings

• Ensure compliance with relevant codes of practice, safety regulations, and industry standards

• Organize and facilitate inspections with Resident Engineers (RE) and Resident Technical Officers (RTO)

• Liaise with relevant authorities for necessary approvals and commissioning of works

• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in fire system and ACMV
