Responsibilities
· Develop project scopes and objectives.
· Work with site management teams for project executions.
· Manage internal resources and third parties/vendors/subcons for project executions.
· Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
· Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders
· Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
· Liaise with clients on Variation Orders during project execution.
Requirements
· Education background in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
· At least 5 years’ relevant experience in project management of site projects for automation or industrial equipment.
· Regional travels.
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
