Payroll Specialist (EAST) - #1092581

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll Administration & Compliance

• Oversee the accurate and timely execution of payroll, covering employee compensation, deductions, and benefits.
• Ensure full compliance with local and international payroll legislation, tax regulations, and internal policies for both domestic and overseas staff.
• Manage monthly CPF contributions, NS make-up pay claims, government-paid leave claims, and other payroll-related transactions.

Tax Filings & Reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of employee tax filings, in line with both local and international tax laws.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and relevant government bodies as needed.

Grant & Leave Claims Management

• Manage the preparation and submission of government-related claims, including grants and leave reimbursements.
• Verify the accuracy and timely processing of employee claims in alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.

Internal Controls & Payroll Systems

• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to support payroll accuracy and data integrity.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure adherence to company procedures and statutory compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in payroll administration or a similar HR function.
• Solid understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary: Up to $6,000/month
