Job Overview:

The Hollandse Club is seeking a Member Services Associate to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our members and guests. This role involves delivering exceptional service, managing reception duties, and providing support to ensure that all interactions with the Club are positive and seamless. The Member Services Associate will be responsible for greeting members, handling inquiries, and supporting the daily operational needs of the Club.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for customer service. As the face of the Club, you will play an essential role in maintaining high levels of member satisfaction and engagement.

You report directly to the Membership Relations Manager.

The Member Services Associate:

●        Welcomes Members, Guests, and Partners: Provide a warm and professional greeting to all members, guests, and partners who visit the Club, ensuring they receive high-quality service and have a positive first impression.

●        Club Knowledge & Service Promotion: Maintain a deep knowledge of the Hollandse Club’s services, programs, and events to effectively explain and sell the Club’s offerings to members and guests.

 

●        Event & Program Awareness: Stay informed about ongoing and upcoming programs and events at the Club, ensuring you can respond to members’ and guests’ needs and encourage participation in relevant activities.

 

●        Phone and Message Handling: Manage incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate departments or staff, and take accurate messages when necessary to ensure clear communication.

 

●        Enforcement of Club Rules: Implement the Club’s rules and regulations, addressing and informing any violators of the proper behavior expected while in the Club.

 

●        Hotel Check-ins and Check-outs: Assist with hotel check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that guests have a smooth and pleasant experience during their stay.

 

●        Guest Assistance: Assist and direct members and guests to the appropriate staff member or department, ensuring they are provided with the necessary information or assistance.

 

●        Inquiry Responses: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from members and guests, addressing concerns and providing information about the Club’s services, amenities, or events.

 

●        Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including redistributing necessary correspondences, maintaining accurate records, and supporting other departments as needed.

 

●        Flexibility and Adaptability: Stay open to new ideas and be willing to adapt and change routines to improve operational efficiency or enhance the member and guest experience.

 

●        Customer Service Improvement: Recommend improvements or new strategies to enhance the overall customer service experience for members and guests, ensuring their needs are always met.

 

●        Payment & Billing Support: Process payments, invoices, and receipts as required, and assist with billing inquiries by directing them to the appropriate department.
