Responsibilities:

• To develop and automate purchasing related reports and data analysis.

• To identify potential project risks through regular engagement with suppliers, develop and implement procurement strategies and plans in line with company goals and objectives. 

• Ensure compliance of the company standards on purchasing policies and procedures. 

• Plan and coordinate timely delivery of purchases to meet organisation on time delivery requirements. 

• Responsible to drive and initiate continuous improvement activities in cost, lead time, commercial terms and supply performance without compromising the overall quality

• Participate in material review and ensure material issues are elevated and resolved in a timely manner. 

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in materials procurement and vendor management in a fast pace manufacturing environment

• At least 3 years of Power Automate Power BI, Word, Excel and Powerpoint hands-on experience.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.
